'54 Chevy wins people's choice at car show
Days of '49 attendees took another walk down memory lane on Saturday, admiring the many vehicles in the Greybull Car Show organized by Mike and Cheryle Howe and their team of helpers.
There were 86 entries this year, which was "very good considering the rain," according to Mike Howe, who classified the 10th annual showcase a success.
Denman Jones of Powell, who brought a 1954 Chevy Series 1 pickup, won the people's choice award.
Mayor's choice went to Marva Rimer of Shell, who entered a 1980 Pontiac Firebird.
"I wish we could give everyone an award as there were some wonderful vehicles there," said Howe.
He thanked all the sponsors and participants, saying "This could not happen without all of you and the great group we have helping."
"We look forward to seeing everyone next year."
