Cindy Rae Garza, 60, of Burlington, Wyo., passed away on Friday, Oct. 27, 2023, in her home after an eight-month battle with Leiomyosarcoma.
Cindy was born on Feb. 21, 1963, in Worland, Wyo. She married Carlos Garza on Aug. 15, 1980, and graduated from Burlington High School in 1981.
