Clinton (Clint) L. Harris

Clinton (Clint) L. Harris, 90, passed away on Jan. 26, 2025, at St. Vincent’s Intermountain Health Care in Billings, Mont.  

He was born Oct. 19, 1934, in Blackfoot, Idaho, to Clinton and Georgia Harris.

He was preceded in death by his father, mother, stepfather Jack Cherry, brother Jim, twin sister Carol, stepbrothers Boyd and Jay.

He is survived by his partner of 30 years, Carol Swaim; daughter Leslie and her two children, Jordan and Ali; son Tim and his two children, McKensie and Joey, and her son Maker.

He moved to Greybull in 2007 after a career in education. He and his partner Carol then started spending their winters in Yuma, Ariz., where they enjoyed golfing.  

When they came home in the summer, Clint would continue his lifelong love of fishing.  In his earlier years, he was a member of the Army National Guard.  He was a 50-year member of the Laramie Plains Lions Club and was recently recognized by the Lions Club International.

No services are planned locally, but a family activity is planned later this summer in Laramie.  

Cremation has taken place.
