James Leroy Dooley

James Leroy Dooley died Sept. 19, 2021 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Billings, Mont.

He was born April 29, 1933, in Reliance, South Dakota. At the time of his death, he was a resident at Eagle Cliff Manor in Billings, Mont.

He was the son of James and Winnabel Dooley of Greybull, Wyo. He married Lois Jean Albertson in Burlington, Wyo., in February of 1954. James and Lois had four children together: David Carl Dooley, Leroy Edward Dooley, Florence Winnabel (Bob) Goad, and James Russell Dooley.

James is survived by three brothers, four sisters and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Winnabel; his wife, Lois; and his son, James Russell Dooley.

James will be laid to rest at the Mt. View Cemetery in Basin, Wyo. Graveside services will be Oct. 8, 2021, at 1 p.m. at the cemetery. Luncheon to follow at the Burlington Park. Arrangements have been entrusted to Atwood Family Funeral Directors.
