John Franklin Krusee

June 30, 1945 - Oct. 31, 2023

John Franklin Krusee, born and raised in Greybull, Wyo., passed away on Oct. 31, 2023.  
John was born on June 30, 1945 to Geneva and Elden Krusee.  He graduated from Greybull High School in 1963. He attended Casper College where he met his wife Anita and had two children, John Krusee Jr. and Michelle Krusee Brown.  They returned to Greybull where he worked at the depot for the Burlington Railroad. John was introduced to computer programming there, and moved to Long Beach to train and became a computer programmer at Williams Diamond Shipping.
Years later he became computer manager working for the city controller in the City of Vallejo, Calif.
John is survived by his son John Krusee Jr. and daughter Michelle Krusee Brown and grandsons Nathan and Joey. He is also survived by his older brother, Larry Krusee, who also grew up in Greybull, Wyo.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Friday May 10, 2024, at CC’s Pizza, 427 Greybull Ave., at 2 p.m. All are welcome!
