Yenny concert on BCAC stage this Sunday
Dr. Michael Yenny will play all your favorite Christmas music during a 4 p.m. performance Sunday, Nov. 19 at the Basin City Arts Center. Dr. Yenny grew up in Greybull and loves to share his piano music.
The program includes “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas,” “Emmanuel Comes,” “The Ghosts on Christmas Eve,” “Believe,” from “The Polar Express,” “O Christmas Tree,” “Morning Song,” “Silent Night,” “In the Pine Forest,” from “The Nutcracker Suite,” “We Three Kings,“ “In Dulci Jubilo,” “I’m So Glad Each Christmas Eve,” “Final Dream” and “Joy to the World.”
The concert is free and open to the public. Donations are appreciated. A reception will follow in the ballroom. The Festival of Trees will be on display.
Grace Lutheran plans Thanksgiving dinner, worship
Thanksgiving will be observed with a dinner at Grace Lutheran Church in Greybull on Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 6 p.m., followed by worship at 7 p.m. Everybody is welcome to both dinner and worship.
First Baptist hosts holiday meal Nov. 23
Basin First Baptist Church invites the community to attend a holiday meal on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, Nov. 23) from noon to 2 p.m.
The church will provide the meat, but attendees are asked to please bring a dish to share. Games and fellowship will follow the meal.
St. Andrews offers meal for Thanksgiving
St. Andrews Church in Basin will host a community Thanksgiving meal in Harris Hall next to the church starting at noon on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, Nov. 23).
All food will be provided.
