A memorial service for Norma Joyce Franklin will be held Saturday, Aug. 10 at 10 a.m. at the Basin City Arts Center, 121 S. Fourth St.
A longtime resident of Basin, Norma died Nov. 12, 2023, in Houston, Texas.
