Greybull’s outdoor swimming pool will open for the season on Saturday, June 1.
To begin the season, hours will be 4 to 8 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and noon to 5 p.m. Saturdays. The pool will be closed on Sundays, but this could change depending upon lifeguard availability.
The daily admission fee is $1 for students in grades K-12, but that will be waived because of sponsorships the Greybull Needs a Pool committee secured from CC’s Pizza, SGN Construction, RNA Safety, Black Dog Construction, Lynn’s SuperFoods, the Greybull Elks Lodge and High Grade Construction and Carpentry. The adult admission fee was raised to $3.
Water aerobics classes will be offered Mondays and Wednesdays at noon, starting June 3.
Two sessions of swimming lessons are planned — the first from June 17-28, the second from July 8-19. The last day to register is Friday, May 31.
