Volleyball returns with big team, big ambitions

Buffs volleyball is back bigger and better this year, with their focus already locked on state. Thirty players have signed up, an increase from last year’s roster of 22, and the team returns six seniors who bring four years of experience on the court, including last season’s all-state picks, middle hitter Perla Rodriguez and setter Wyatt Whaley. Ellie Holloway and Marlee Henson also return with all-region honors.
