Murial Ann Shirran, 74, passed away at Sagewest Health Care in Riverton, Wyo., on Dec. 19, 2023. She was born on May 24, 1949 in Greybull, Wyo., to George Douglas and Margaret Elizabeth (Booth) Shirran.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2024, at the Hyattville Cemetery.

Ray C. Stearns, a 78-year-old Lander resident, passed away at his home, May 18, 2024.
Ray was born in Greybull, Wyo., to Clair and Elise (Zednick) Stearns. He grew up in Greybull and did some college in Sheridan. From his first marriage, Ray had two children, Ann and Chris Stearns. Ray also gained two stepchildren with his second marriage, Liesa Sanderson Hill and Brandon Sanderson. And later in his second marriage, he had two more children, Jeremy Stearns and Trisha Stearns Kimsey.

Marilyn J. Patterson, 84, formerly of Greybull, passed away Thursday, May 2 at a nursing home/ long-term care facility in Kingsville, Ohio.
Marilyn was born Aug. 2, 1939, in Douglas Wyo, a daughter of Merlin and Margaret “Nanny” (Miller) Crawford Wilson.
She moved with her family in 1949 to Greybull, where she attended school and graduated from Greybull High School in 1957.

Janet Rose (Guffey) Graham lost her short battle with pancreatic cancer on an April spring day with her husband at her side at their home in Greybull, Wyo., at the age of 76.
Jan was born in Hot Springs S.D., the second daughter to Leroy and Clara “Gull” Guffey. Jan grew up in Edgemont, S.D., and graduated from Edgemont High School. After graduation she went to work for “Dr. Dick” in Hot Springs as a dental assistant.
