‘23 GHS grad qualifies for national SkillsUSA competition

Cannon Cook, a 2023 graduate of Greybull High School and a sophomore at Eastern Wyoming College (EWC), will compete at the prestigious National SkillsUSA Conference June 24-27 in Atlanta. This marks a significant milestone in his academic and professional journey, showcasing his exceptional skills in customer service post-secondary competition.
Cook, who has participated in the SkillsUSA program since his sophomore year of high school, earned the gold at the state level in April in Casper. His proficiency in customer service, the active role he played on the UAS drone team and excellence in livestock judging team helped pave the road for what his future entails.
“The ability to represent a college and have a full paid trip on behalf of EWC is truly appreciated,” said Cook.
