Emmett to pursue plea deal on felony drug charge

Loren Emmett, 58, of Greybull helped to lay a factual basis for his guilt to one felony count of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, at his change of plea hearing in Big Horn County District Court on Tuesday, Sept. 8, pursuant to a plea agreement.
