1:30 p.m.: A member of the public requested to speak with an officer.
3:20 p.m.: Officers responded to a fender bender on North Second Street.
4:03 p.m.: An accidental 9-1-1 call was received by dispatch.
4:26 p.m.: Officers received reports of dogs barking all afternoon on Third Avenue South.
4:27 p.m.: Officers received reports of additional, but possibly the same dogs barking all afternoon on Fourth Avenue South.
