JV looks to finish on positive note

The Greybull Buff JV squad will wrap up the season later this week with games against Shoshoni and Big Horn. 

The squad is hoping for a positive ending after dropping games to Rocky Mountain, 46-32, and Thermopolis, 69-29, last weekend.  

Anthony Chacon netted nine and Larry Longshore eight in the loss Friday afternoon in Cowley.

Landen Craft was the top scorer against Thermop, finishing with eight. Longshore chipped in five.

“We competed in both games for stretches, but ultimately could not continue to score in the second half,” said Coach James Armel. “Nearing our final week of JV games, we hope to get a couple of wins against Shoshoni and Big Horn."
