The high school football season in Wyoming will end this weekend with five title games on the campus of the University of Wyoming in Laramie.
Only one team from Big Horn County still has championship aspirations.
The Burlington Huskies will face Little Snake River in the 1A six-man championship game. It’ll be a rematch of last year’s title game, which was won by the Rattlers, 55-8.
Kickoff is at 10 a.m. Saturday at War Memorial Field.
The Huskies earned the trip by beating Encampment 80-73 in what’s believed to be the highest scoring playoff game in state history. Little Snake River, meanwhile, topped Dubois, 47-22.
The six-man game will be followed at 1 p.m. by the 1A nine-man clash between Wind River, which beat Southeast 32-30, and Big Piney, which upset top-ranked Lingle-Fort Laramie 51-27.
