Things you might not know
M&M has introduced a new flavor — peanut butter and jelly. Doesn’t sound like something I am going to run out and buy. I’ll take the old-fashioned chocolate, thank you.
According to my friend in Canada, she said YouTube had an article which named the 10 best cities in Wyoming. And Greybull was listed as No. 10. A surprise was Ranchester was listed as No. 2, and Glenrock was named No. 1. No mention of Cody, Powell, Jackson, Sheridan, Casper. Since I know nothing about YouTube, I’ll trust what they said; but it did leave me wondering what criteria they were using.
And did you know that I have a maze in my garden corn patch — or what is left of it. Not a big one, mine you. Son #4 was quite proud of his ingenuity. I might have to think of advertising and planning an event for Halloween. One thing I know for sure. I can make my way in and out of it quickly so it’s user friendly.
Still no travel over Highway 14 over the Big Horns. Everyone but me probably knew it was because the flames took the guard rails. Pray for snow; think that is the only thing that can extinguish the flames. Grandson Jett has been praying for snow since last March.
And did you know you can jump on the Internet and order a spray (for $19.05 a bottle) to use on the produce you buy from the grocery store? Spray on, goodbye insecticides and everything else used by growers. Of course, then you would have to wash off the spray. I knew a man who used to wash his apples in soapy water to make sure all germs, etc., were removed. Somehow a soapy apple doesn’t sound too delicious.
