Three Rivers a ‘Wyoming Community Star’

The National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health (NOSORH) has awarded its 2024 Wyoming Community Star award to Three Rivers Health.
The Community Star program was established in 2015 to tell the stories of the people and organizations that make a difference in rural communities.
“Our office felt Three River Health goes above and beyond for its community and we’re excited that your organization is our star,” stated the NOSORH.
In its nomination of TRH, the Wyoming Office of Rural Health wrote the following: “Three Rivers Health has undergone multiple changes over the last few years and, through the process, has become a stronger healthcare organization.
