The Greybull Town Council sold the seventh and eighth lots in its Frontier subdivision Monday night’s meeting at Town Hall.
Lots 7 and 8, totaling 3.86 acres, went to Craig Munkenby for $69,480. That price represents a 25% percent markdown off the appraised value of the two lots.
There are 37 lots in the town-owned subdivision located off Basin Garden Road.

A representative of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of the Fifth District attended the meeting as part of an ongoing outreach effort in the Big Horn Basin.
The nonprofit, whose mission is to speak for abused and neglected kids, is headquartered in Cody but serves Park, Big Horn, Washakie and Hot Springs counties, according to Brandie Gann.
“We want more board members and advocates from your area,” said Gann.
