Oct. 16 — 10:59 a.m.: Two dogs were reportedly at-large on Seventh Avenue North.

5:39 p.m.: Information was provided to officers.

9:05 p.m.: Officers initiated a traffic stop on North Sixth Street. A warning was issued.
