Robert William “Bill” Cauffman Jr. left this life on February 21, 2022, in Cody.

Bill was born April 10, 1938, in Burlington to Robert “Bob” and Glena Cauffman at the home of his uncle Than and aunt Mildred Spens. He joined older siblings, Darlene and Richard, and then the family welcomed Kenneth, Sandra, Alice, Carol and Roger.

Sharron Kay Kelsey-Ostler, 80, left peacefully on February 9, 2022, in Sheridan, Wyoming.

She was born December 8, 1941, in Lovell to Jay and Pearl (Cummings) Kelsey. She graduated from Byron High School. After graduation she attended Cosmetology Beauty School in Billings.

Donald Wayne Atkinson, 91, of Casper and Lovell passed away peacefully on January 30, 2022, in Casper. Don was born in Grant County, Oklahoma, on August 19, 1930, to Paul Atkinson and Alta Leonard Atkinson.

Craig Preator, 73 years old, passed away in his home in Burlington, Wyo., on Jan. 20. Craig was born Feb. 23, 1948, in Cody, Wyo. He was the first of two boys born to Stanley Eyre Preator and Vivian Salmela Preator.

Craig graduated from Burlington High School and then went to BYU and received a BS in education. Craig taught school in Utah for a year and then moved to Billings, Mont., where he worked for a bank as their computer operator. He also worked in the Irma Hotel in Cody as a salad chef. He then moved back to Burlington, where he helped take care of his parents.

George Timothy “Tim” Harris, 80, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, in his home in Lovell with his wife by his side. 

He was born on November 22, 1941, to Ronald and Lennis Harris in Glendale, California, and grew up in Montrose with his parents and two sisters.

On December 28, 1934, Franklin was born to Hal and Icel Fleming in Frannie, where he was born and raised in the same house, joining his siblings, Art, Elma, Bill and Audrey. He attended Deaver-Frannie schools and graduated in 1953.

Carl Leigh Bair was born in Shelley, Idaho, on November 15, 1932, to Gladys Harker Bair and Leonard Leigh Bair. He was the oldest of three boys. He passed from this life on January 19, 2022, and is now reunited with his wife, Karyn Black Bair, and many family and friends.
