No local services will be held for Michael Lee Lewis, Jr., 45, who passed away on Sunday, Oct. 3, 2021, in Riverton, Wyo.

Michael was born on Aug. 9, 1976, son of Michael Lee Lewis, Sr. and Rita (Weber) Lewis. He attended grade school in Burlington, Wyo., before attending high school in Greybull, Wyo., where he graduated.a

Mr. Lewis has spent the past 27 years living in Riverton, Wyo. Michael worked for Lyle Black Construction on the reservation for the Tribal Council for the past eight years.

He enjoyed spending his time hunting, fishing and playing video games. Over the years, Michael won three cars at the casino. Mr. Lewis was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Dell Clark Rubis passed away peacefully at the New Horizons Care Center in Lovell, Big Horn County, Wyoming, on Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021.

He was born April 18, 1940, in Basin to his loving parents Ed and Erma Fontella Clark. Dell was then proceeded by two sisters, Carol Sue and June, and a younger brother, Johnnie.

Lee Allen Hutchinson passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of October 2, 2021, with his wife Patti sleeping in the chair next to him. Lee was a fighter, but he lost the battle and he decided to ride off into the sunset, leaving behind those he loved with a joke and his crooked smile.

Violet Mae Wency Griffith Goeman came to Cowley from Thermopolis, where she had owned Mac’s Bar. After selling Mac’s Bar, she decided she wasn’t ready to retire, so she purchased the Waterhole in Cowley. She remodeled the whole upstairs into a charming home for herself and her husband, Ronald “Red” Goeman.

Evaleen Hulet George passed away October 9, 2021, at the age of 97 at her home of 74 years on Heart Mountain after a long and happy life. 

She was born March 31, 1924, to parents Rupert Wallace and Sara Emily Stevens Hulet in Parowan, Utah. She was the seventh of nine children.
