Just as the Wise Men sought the King, we also seek and we shall find him if we seek after him with all our hearts (Jeremiah 29:13). If we, having seen the light, follow after it.   

Sometimes you can get too much information. Way more than you asked for, and way more than you are interested in. That’s the way I feel about weather reports. Give it to me one day at a time. This is especially important beginning in November through the middle of March.

How would you like to smoke half a pack of cigarettes a day without ever putting a cigarette in your mouth? Worse yet, how would like your kids or grandkids to smoke without lighting up? That’s what was happening to my wife and me in the three years we have been retired and living east of Shell. It turns out that our house had elevated levels of radon. Radon is a radioactive gas that is invisible and has no odor or taste. It is the biproduct of the natural decay of uranium. In high enough concentrations, it can have a negative impact on a person’s health.

As the Wyoming Legislature readies for 20 days of discussion and debate ahead of the 2024 Legislative Budget Session, we prepare for this work as servants to the people of our communities. Over the past eight months, legislative committees have held 62 standing committee meetings around the state. At these meetings, committees gathered public input and industry perspectives to draft common sense conservative solutions to the problems we face together.
