Aug. 4, 1986 – May 11, 2022

Shad Lee Carter, 35, passed away from complications due to pneumonia and multiple infections on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, with family by his side at Billings Clinic. 

He was born on August 4, 1986, in Lovell to Ray Morris Carter and Karen Bischoff Carter.

Donna Lee Cook Stanger began her turn on earth in Burlington, Wyo., on Oct. 8, 1931. She was the first child of Donald Sylvester Cook and Geneva Marie Aagard. She spent several years working as a secretary in various locations. Her faith was strong, and she enjoyed serving in her church all her life. She was passionate about gardening, family history and making memories for her children and grandchildren.

She married her sweetheart, Alfred Neil Stanger, on Dec. 21, 1951, in the Idaho Falls temple for time and all eternity. Their five children soon followed.

Jeanette Wardell Tolman, 79, died peacefully at home on Friday, April 22, 2022, from a cardiac event. She was born April 29, 1942, in San Diego, Calif., to Ross and Delsa Wardell. A year later, the family moved back to Otto where she was raised. She graduated from Greybull High School.
