Rita Rae Wambeke

Rita Rae Wambeke, 86, passed away May 22, 2022, at the Powell Valley Hospital.

She was born September 7, 1935, to Ray and Marie (Beall) Webber and spent her childhood on the family farm east of Frannie. She attended Deaver High School and graduated in 1954. On April 28, 1955, Rita married Robert Wambeke. Together they raised four daughters.

Tanner James Dodds passed away after a long struggle with personal mental health issues.  Born June 21, 1996, in Billings, Mont., he ended his life’s journey on April 21, 2022, in Burney, Calif., just shy of what would have been his 26th birthday.

Jay Wardell Neves passed away on May 31, 2022 due to complications from surgery.

Jay was born Nov. 28, 1950, in Lovell, Wyo. to Melvin J and Irma Neves. Three sisters joined the family – Pamela, Delsa and Vickie.  He grew up in his lifelong home of Otto, Wyo. – where he loved the land, horses, cows, mountains and his family.  Snow skiing, water skiing, horseback riding, fishing, hunting, fossil-finding, and camping were hobbies enjoyed while farming and ranching. He danced with the Valhalla Folk Dancers at the then Ricks College and toured Europe with this dance team.  He has a degree in drafting/architecture.

Ernest (Ernie) F. Troutman, 59, of Deaver passed away May 19, 2022, nine days after being diagnosed with terminal cancer. He was grateful to be home, and he knew how much he was loved by his family and friends.
